Potato Wraps

- 4 small red potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed bay leaf
- 8 slices of bacon, cut in half crosswise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Mix seasoning together and sprinkle them over the potato wedges.
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each potato wedge.
- Place in a baking dish and sprinkle any remaining seasonings on the potato wraps.
- Bake, uncovered at least 20 minutes, until bacon is crispy and potatoes are cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sour cream.
