Ranch Hashbrown Casserole

1 (16-ounce) package frozen, shredded hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
8 ounces tater topping
1/3 cup bottled Ranch dressing
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup melted butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8-ounce) package finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine potatoes, bacon, tater topping, dressing, onions, butter, salt and pepper; mix well and pour into 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
Serves 6 to 8.
