List of Ingredients
-3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips
-1/3 cup butter, melted
Recipe
-Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
-Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
-In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs,
-Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
-Dip the potato strips in the melted butter and then in the bread crumb mixture, coating completely.
-Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through the cooking.
**Note:
-These can be prepared ahead of time and baked for 10 minutes or so.
-Then, just before you're ready to serve the fries, finish the baking.
