    Seasoned Potato Chip Slices

    Using a vegetable slicer with the waffle shaped blade, slice several potatos.
    Deep fry into waffle shaped thick potato chips until crisp.
    Place on Paper Towels to remove the oil and salt lightly with your choice of spices or salt.
    Let cool and place in a ziplock bag or festive serving can (old cans from last years popcorn or cookies work great).

    Ways I've done this:

    Red Potatos with salt (makes normal potato chips like Ruffles)
    Red Potatos with Cajun Spice
    Sweet Potatos with Cinnamon Sugar (YUMMY)
    Regular Potatos with Lemon Pepper
