    Shredded Potatoes

    My mom


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 - 4 potatoes
    • 2 medium onions
    • 1 8 oz pkg velveeta
    • margarine
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Peel potatoes and shred

    2. Shred onions

    3. Layer in a greased casserole 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cheese and dot with butter salt and pepper.

    4. Repeat layers

    5. Cover loosely with foil and cook 45 - 55 minutes @ 350



    Final Comments


    We always called these meat loaf potatoes because my mom made them with her meatloaf
