    Twice Baked Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Large Russet or any baking potaoes
    • 4 Tbls. margarine
    • 2 Tbls. milk
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 block of cream cheese softened
    • 3-4 Tbls. sour cream
    • Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Pierce potatoes and bake @ 375 for about 1 hour. Cool
    2. Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
    3. Scoop out the pulp and place in bowl.
    4. Add the butter, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy.
    5. Blend in the cream cheese and sour cream.
    6. Spoon back into the shells.
    7. Sprinkle paprika on top.
    8. Bake, uncovered @ 325 for 20 minutes.
    9. You can sprinkle a little shredded cheddar and/or bacon bits on top also
