Twice Baked Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 4 Large Russet or any baking potaoes
- 4 Tbls. margarine
- 2 Tbls. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 block of cream cheese softened
- 3-4 Tbls. sour cream
- Paprika
Instructions
- Pierce potatoes and bake @ 375 for about 1 hour. Cool
- Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
- Scoop out the pulp and place in bowl.
- Add the butter, milk, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy.
- Blend in the cream cheese and sour cream.
- Spoon back into the shells.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake, uncovered @ 325 for 20 minutes.
- You can sprinkle a little shredded cheddar and/or bacon bits on top also
