    Rice Pilaf with Noodles

    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 cup long grain rice
    • 1/2 cup vermicelli broken in pieces
    • 3 cups of chicken broth
    • 2 Tbls. minced parsley


    Instructions


    1. In a sauce pan melt the margarine; add the rice and vermicelli.
    2. Cook and stir til lightly browned.
    3. Stir in broth; bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
    5. Stir in parsley.
