    Pasta: Martha's Macaroni Salad

    My Aunt Martha


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (16oz) pkg. pasta (I use assorted shapes)
    • Chopped vegetables of your choice:
    • green pepper
    • radishes
    • green onions
    • cucumbers
    • carrots
    • DRESSING:
    • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup vinegar
    • 2 cups Mayonaise
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • * shredded velveeta


    Instructions


    1. Cook, rinse and drain macaroni DO NOT OVERCOOK

    2. Mix dressing ingredients together.

    3. Blend together the macaroni and vegetables.

    4. Pour the dressing over top and blend.

    5. Cover and let stand OVER NIGHT.

    6. Stir again and add cheese right before serving if desired.



    Final Comments


    *shredded velveeta tends to melt so if you use it do not add it until the last minute. This is a great salad ... it make alot tho.
