Pasta: Martha's Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 (16oz) pkg. pasta (I use assorted shapes)
- Chopped vegetables of your choice:
- green pepper
- radishes
- green onions
- cucumbers
- carrots
- DRESSING:
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cups Mayonaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- * shredded velveeta
Instructions
- Cook, rinse and drain macaroni DO NOT OVERCOOK
- Mix dressing ingredients together.
- Blend together the macaroni and vegetables.
- Pour the dressing over top and blend.
- Cover and let stand OVER NIGHT.
- Stir again and add cheese right before serving if desired.
Final Comments
*shredded velveeta tends to melt so if you use it do not add it until the last minute. This is a great salad ... it make alot tho.
