Fruit: Rhubarb Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb sliced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (6oz) pkg strawberry jello
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
- In a sauce pan bring the rhubarb, water and sugar to a boil. Cook uncovered about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in jello til dissolved.
- Add oj and mix well.
- Chill til mixture begins to thicken.
- Add strawberries and pour into jello bowl.
- Chill til set.
- Garnish with cool whip at serving if desired.
