Fruit: Rhubarb Salad

List of Ingredients



• 4 cups rhubarb sliced
  
• 1 1/2 cups water
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1 (6oz) pkg strawberry jello
  
• 1 cup orange juice
  
• 1 cup sliced strawberries
  






Instructions



1. In a sauce pan bring the rhubarb, water and sugar to a boil. Cook uncovered about 6-8 minutes.
   
   
2. Remove from heat and stir in jello til dissolved.
   
   
3. Add oj and mix well.
   
   
4. Chill til mixture begins to thicken.
   
   
5. Add strawberries and pour into jello bowl.
   
   
6. Chill til set.
   
   
7. Garnish with cool whip at serving if desired.
