Pasta: Spaghetti Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spaghetti (broken into bite size pieces)
- DRESSING:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbls. horseradish mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp celery salt and pepper to taste
- DICED VEGETABLES:
- green onions
- cucumbers
- tomatoes
- red or green peppers
- carrots
- radishes
Instructions
- Cook,rinse and drain spaghetti; set aside
- Beat dressing ingredients together in a sauce pan and boil for 2 miutes.
- Pour hot dressing over spaghetti and season with the celery salt and pepper.
- Toss, cool and refrigerate over night covered.
- Right before serving add chopped veggies of your choice. I usually use green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and red pepper.
- Toss again and serve cold.
