Bacon-Cheese Muffins for Two

List of Ingredients



• 2 English Muffins split and toasted
  
• 2 Tbls. mayonaise
  
• 4 slices tomatoes
  
• 4 slices onions
  
• 4 slices American Cheese
  
• 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
  






Instructions



1. Broil muffins to toast.
   
   
2. Spread mayo on muffin halves.
   
   
3. Top with tomato, onion and cheese.
   
   
4. Broil for 4 minutes until cheese melts.
   
   
5. Top with crumbled bacon.
   
   
6. Serve immediately.
   
   






Final Comments


I'm not sure that these are really sandwiches.... they are served open-faced.
