    Cajun Chicken Club

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    • 1/2-1 tsp. cajun seasoning
    • 1 Tbls. oil
    • 4 slices Swiss cheese
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan salad dresing
    • 4 sub rolls, split and toasted
    • 8 slices tomatoes
    • 8 strips of bacon, cooked crisp


    Instructions


    1. Flatten the breasts and sprinkle with the cajun seasonings.

    2. In a skillet, cook the chicken in oil for about 5 minutes per side until done.

    3. Place cheese over chicken pieces.

    4. Remove from heat and cover until cheese melts

    5. Spread dressing on both sides of rolls.

    6. Layer bottom halves with 2 slices tomato 1 piece of chicken and 2 strips of bacon.

    7. Replace tops and serve.
