List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2-1 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 1 Tbls. oil
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan salad dresing
- 4 sub rolls, split and toasted
- 8 slices tomatoes
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked crisp
Instructions
- Flatten the breasts and sprinkle with the cajun seasonings.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken in oil for about 5 minutes per side until done.
- Place cheese over chicken pieces.
- Remove from heat and cover until cheese melts
- Spread dressing on both sides of rolls.
- Layer bottom halves with 2 slices tomato 1 piece of chicken and 2 strips of bacon.
- Replace tops and serve.
