List of Ingredients
Sandwiches
2 tbls. oil
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs sliced deli roast beef-chopped
1/2 can beef broth
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 (15 oz) pkg refrigerated pie crust
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Horseradish Dressing (recipe below)
Horseradish Dressing
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbls prepared horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp/ garlic salt
Combine all and whisk together until well combined

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray.
In a large skillet heat 1 tbls. oil over medium heat. Add the peppers and onion and cook until veggies are soft; about 5 minutes. Add the roast beef, stirring to combine. Stir in the broth, garlic salt and crushed red pepper, simmering 5-6 minutes.
Unroll the pie crusts onto the prepared baking sheet.Using a slotted spoon to drain excess juice, place 1/2 of beef mixture onto the right half of each pies crust. Top each evely with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Fold the left side of each crust over the beef mixture. Using a fork, press each pie crust together to seal. Brush the tops of each crust with remaining oil. Bake 20 minutes or until crusts are golden. Serve with horseradish dressing.
