Popcorn Shrimp Po Boy Wraps

List of Ingredients

40 popcorn shrimp
4 flour tortillas (I like the jalapeno or tomato basil ones)
1 cup shredded lettuce

Spicy Po Boy Sauce:
1 Tbls.mayonaise
2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
4 to 5 dashes hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp prepared horseradish






Recipe

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients and chill until using

For Po Boy Wraps:
Bake Popcorn shrimp according to the package.
Spread dressing evenly on all four tortillas.
Place lettuce on top of the tortillas and fill with Popcorn shrimp.
Roll up & serve immediately.
