    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large baking potatoes
    • 2/3 cup margarine
    • 2/3 cup flour
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 6 cups of milk
    • 1 cup of sour cream
    • chopped green onions
    • bacon slices cooked and crumbled
    • Shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Bake potatoes @ 350 for 70 minutes or until tender.
    2. Cool
    3. Peel and cube potatoes.
    4. In a large sauce pan, melt margarine; stir in flour,slt and pepper until smooth.
    5. Gradually add the milk.
    6. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for a couple of minutes until thick.
    7. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream.
    8. Add potatoes and onions.
    9. Scoop into bowls and garnish with the bacon and cheese.
