Baked Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2/3 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sour cream
- chopped green onions
- bacon slices cooked and crumbled
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Bake potatoes @ 350 for 70 minutes or until tender.
- Cool
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- In a large sauce pan, melt margarine; stir in flour,slt and pepper until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk.
- Bring to a boil and cook and stir for a couple of minutes until thick.
- Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream.
- Add potatoes and onions.
- Scoop into bowls and garnish with the bacon and cheese.
