Best Ever Cheese Soup

List of Ingredients



• 3 Quarts of whole milk
  
• 2 lbs velveeta
  
• 2 cans of cream of celery soup
  
• 1 pkg frozen cauliflower and broccoli mixted
  
• 4 oz can mushrooms drained
  
• 1 Cup butter
  
• 1 - 2 Cups chopped onions
  






Instructions



1. Cook and drain vegtables and set aside.
   
   
2. In a small sauce pan melt butter and saute onions till tender
   
   
3. Mix milk, velveeta, and soups on low till cheese melts. Stir often. Add onions, mushrooms and vegtables.
   
   
4. Heat but do not boil.
   
   






Final Comments


This easily serves 4- 10 people.
