    Broccoli Noodle Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 Tbls. margarine
    • 6 cups water
    • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 12 oz pkg. medium noodles
    • 1 bag frozen broccoli chopped up
    • 6 cups whole milk
    • 1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Saute the onion in margarine in a large kettle til soft.
    2. Add water and bring to a boil.
    3. Add the bouillon and cook until dissolved.
    4. Add noodles and sprinkle with some garlic powder.
    5. Cook 4 minutes.
    6. Add broccoli.
    7. Cook 4 more minutes.
    8. Add the milk and cheese and simmer on very low until cheese melts.
    9. Stir constantly to keep cheese from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
    10. Serve as soon as cheese melts.
