    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup margarine
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1-2 Tbls. Old Bay Seasonings
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    • 4 cups milk
    • 1 pkg. imitation crab meat cut into chunks
    • 2 Tbls. minced parsley


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine in a saucepan; stir in flour,1/2 of the Old Bay, salt and curry powder.
    2. Cook til thick and bubbly.
    3. Gradually add milk and cook til hot but not boiling.
    4. Taste to test and add more Old Bay if necessary.
    5. Add crab and parsley.
    6. If you like your soup thinner, add some more milk and heat through.
