    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 cup EACH: diced potato, cauliflower, carrot and broccoli
    • 3 cups water
    • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp celery salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 Tbls. parsley
    • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large soup kettle, saute the onion in butter til tender.
    2. Add vegetables, water, bouillon, and seasonings.
    3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    4. Combine the flour and 1 cup milk til smooth.
    5. Stir into pan; and gradually add remaining evaporated milk and 1 cup milk.
    6. Bring just to a boil and simmer 2 minutes.
    7. Add the parsley and cheese and stir til cheese melts.
