    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups peeled potatoes cubed
    • chopped onion
    • celery salt to taste
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 Tbls. flour
    • 1 Tbls. chopped chives
    • Whole milk as desired 1 -2 cups


    Instructions


    1. In a large sauce pan combine the potatoes,onions,water, bouillon cubes and seasonings.
    2. Cover and cook till veggies are tender ( about 20 minutes )DO NOT OVERCOOK POTATOES
    3. Add the evaporated milk.
    4. In a seperate bowl mix the sour cream, flour, chives and 1 cup whole milk.
    5. Gradually stir in this mixture to soup base.
    6. Stir all together to thicken; add more milk if desired.
