    -2# potatoes peeled and cubed
    -1/2 C chopped onions
    -4 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese
    -3 T butter
    -2 cans cr. of celery soup
    -1 Qt milk
    -2 C sour cream
    -1/2 t pepper
    -1 t salt

    Recipe



    -Boil potatoes and water in just enough water to cover...DON'T drain.
    -Add remaining ingredients.
    -Sour cream last.
    -Simmer for 5-10m stirring often with a
    wire wisk.
    -Served with Crumbled bacon on top is very good.
