List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
½ bunch green onions, chopped. If using yellow or white onion, ½ to ¾ C.
1 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 15-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 15-oz. cans corn, drained
1 15-oz. cans red kidney beans, drained
1 15-oz. cans black beans,drained
1, 15-oz. can pinto beans,drained
1 T. taco seasoning
2 T. dry ranch dressing mix
water, desired consistencyRecipe
Brown meat and onions.
Add canned vegetables to meat in large pot.
Add seasonings and water to desired thickness.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until hot.
Must be kept at 150o for serving.
Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese sour cream and chives.
Serve with crackers, taco chips or pita bread.
