1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
46 oz. can tomato juice
16 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1 pkg. taco seasoning
15 oz. can red kidney beans
2¼ oz. can sliced olives
shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

In a skillet, brown hamburger and onion, drain off fat. Put hamburger into a 1-quart crock-pot, add tomato juice, frozen corn, taco seasoning, kidney beans and olives.
Add just enough water to bring the liquid with-in an inch from the top crock-pot.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Pour soup into bowls and garnish with cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream
