    White Turkey Chili

    List of Ingredients

    -2 tablespoons butter
    -1 cup chopped onion
    -2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
    -4 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
    -2 (15.5 oz) cans Great Northern Beans drained
    -2 (14.5oz) cans chicken broth (ready to serve)
    -2 (11oz) White Shoepeg corn
    -2 (4 oz) cans Chopped Green Chiles
    -4 teaspoons cumin
    -1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (if desired)
    -4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    -2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


    Recipe

    -Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat until hot.
    -Add onion and celery; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    -Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and parsley; blend well.
    -Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or til thoroughly heated stirring occasionally.
    -To serve, ladle chili into bowls; sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
