Carrots: Candied Carrots

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots peeled
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, cook carrots in water until crisp tender.
- Drain and keep warm
- In the same sauce pan melt margarine and brown sugar til bubbly.
- Stir in lemon juice and hot sauce and salt.
- Return carrots to pan and heat through
