    Corn: Fried Corn

    List of Ingredients


    • 4-5 ears fresh corn
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1/4 cup half n half
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Using a sharp knife remove corn from the cob into a bowl.

    2. Melt margarine in a skillet over med heat and add the corn.

    3. Toss corn in butter with sugar, salt and pepper.

    4. Slowly pour in the half n half. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

    5. Cook any additional time to be sure corn is cooked.
