    Mushrooms: Mushroom Pasta Pilaf

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 1/3 cups uncooked small ring pasta
    • 1 (10.5oz) can beef consommes
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 (4oz) cans mushroom pieces undrained
    • 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/4 tsp. soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. In a large sauce pan saute onion in margarine until tender.

    2. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

    3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

    4. Cook just long enough for pasta to be tender
