Onions: Oven-Baked Onion Rings

List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs
  
• 2 tsp. sugar
  
• 1 tsp.paprika
  
• 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  
• 2 large sweet onions
  
• 2 eggs beaten
  






Instructions



1. In a bowl large enough for dipping combine the cornflakes, sugar, paprika, and salts; set aside
   
   
2. Cut onions into 1/2" slices and seperate into rings.
   
   
3. In a small bowl beat the eggs
   
   
4. Dip onions into eggs, then the crumb mixture.
   
   
5. Place in a single layer on baking sheets sprayed with Pam.
   
   
6. Bake @ 375 for 15-20 minutes, til coating is crispy
