Zucchini: Scalloped Zucchini

List of Ingredients



• 4 cups cubed zucchini
  
• 3 cups seasoned bread cubes
  
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  
• 1 small onion chopped
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• pepper to taste
  
• 2 eggs beaten
  
• 2 Tbls margarine
  
• 1 can cream of celery soup
  






Instructions



1. Boil peeled cubed zucchini in slt water for 5 minutes.Drain
   
   
2. Mix remaining ingredients in a buttered casserole dish. Add cooked zucchini
   
   
3. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
