    Cabbage: Skillet Cabbage

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled up
    • 1 1/4 cup vinegar
    • 1 Tbls. brown sugar
    • 1 small onion chopped up
    • 4 cups shredded cabbage


    Instructions


    1. Cook bacon and remove from pan.

    2. Remove most of the grease from the bacon; fry onion in remaining grease till clear.

    3. Add other ingredients except cabbage.

    4. Mix well.

    5. Add cabbage to mixture and cook till cabbage is crisp tender.



    Final Comments


    I LOVE cabbage.........
