    CROCKPOT: Slow-Cooker Italian Beef

    List of Ingredients

    3 to 4 lb beef chuck roast, trimmed
    1 oz pkg Italian salad dressing mix (I had a .7 oz it seemed to work ok)
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
    8 oz pepperoncini peppers
    10 1/2 oz can beef broth
    pepper and garlic powder to taste
    6 to 8 Kaiser rolls, toasted


    Recipe

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove meat, shred and return to slow cooker until ready to serve.
    Serve on toasted rolls, using juice for dipping.
    Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
