Pies: Elderberry Pie

List of Ingredients
-4 cups elderberries
-1 cup pure cane sugar
-1/4 cup tapioca for pudding and fruit pie
-1 T. black raspberry jam
-1 tsp. key lime juice
- 1 tsp. key lime zest (grated or chopped very fine)
-1/8 tsp. allspice
-1/8 tsp. salt
-1 pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
Recipe
-Combine filling ingredients in a bowl.
-Let stand 15 minutes.
-Prepare 9" pie pan for two crust fruit pie according to package.
-Fill with fruit mixture.
-Dot with 1 T. butter.
-Cover with top crust; seal and flute as preferred.
-Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 45-50 minutes.
-Make garnish from trimmed crust; bake separately.
-Place on pie when both are cool
