Nestlé Toll House: Cow Chips

List of Ingredients
-1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
-1/2 cup salted butter at room temperature
-1 (16 oz) package confectionary sugar
-1 tsp. vanilla
-1 (6 oz.) bag Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
-3 T. solid vegetable shortening
-6 (1 oz.) pkts. Nestle Toll House Choco Bake
-2 cups Nestle white chocolate chips
Recipe
-Line two packing sheets with wax paper.
-In a medium-sized bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and sugar with hands to form a smooth dough.
-Mixture will be very stiff.
-Shape into balls using two tsp. for each.
-Place on wax paper and press down slightly with the palm of hand to form discs.
-Refrigerate until chocolate is melted.
-Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 T. shortening in a small pan over low heat.
-Stir constantly until melted.
-Stir in Nestle Toll House Choco Bake packets.
-Dip peanut butter discs into chocolate, covering the whole disc.
-Refrigerate again for a few hours.
-Melt white chocolate chips and 1 T. shortening in a small pan on low heat.
-With a teaspoon, drip small white spots onto the chocolate discs.
-Refrigerate until set.
-Keep refrigerated.
