Pies: Pineapple Pie 2

List of Ingredients
-1 (28 oz.) can crushed pineapple (leave in own juice)
-1/4 cup minute tapioca
-1 cup sugar (granulated)
-1 T. butter or margarine
-1 pkg. refrigerated pie crust, Pillsbury recommended
Recipe
-Combine pineapple, tapioca and sugar in bowl, let stand 15 minutes.
-Fill pie shell with fruit mixture; dot with one tablespoon butter or margarine.
-Place top crust over filling, seal and flute edges.
-Cut several slits in center to permit escape of steam.
-Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes until light brown or until syrup boils with heavy bubbles that do not burst immediately.
