Pies: Strawberry Cream Pie

List of Ingredients
-(1) pkg refrigerated pie crust, Pillsbury® recommended
-1 T. confectioner sugar
-3 oz. cream cheese
-2 quarts strawberries
-1 cup sugar
-2 tsp. light corn syrup
-1 cup water
-1 (3 oz.) package strawberry gelatin mix
-3 tsp. cornstarch
-1/2 cup chocolate syrup
-1 bag chocolate chips
Recipe
-Put one pie crust in pie pan and bake according to package instructions.
-Let cool.
-Pour chocolate syrup over crust.
-Mix together cream cheese and confectioner sugar.
-Spread on crust.
-Put strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture.
-Heat sugar, corn syrup, water and cornstarch over medium heat until thick.
-Remove from heat and add gelatin.
-Cool and pour over berries.
-Refrigerate until firm.
-Bake remaining pie crust on cookie sheet.
-Let cool and crumble the crust.
-Melt chips in microwave and mix in pie crust.
-Sprinkle on top of pie.
