    APPLE SWIRL BUNDT CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups apples, peeled and chopped in small pieces
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups sifted flour
    1 Tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Mix apples with 3 Tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add eggs, orange juice and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture.
    Beat till smooth.
    Pour 1/3 of the batter into greased and floured Bundt pan, alternating with 1/2 of apple mixture.
    Repeat.
    End with the batter on top.
    Bake at 325° for 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool in pan 10-15 minutes.
    Turn out onto plate.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
