1 oz olive oil
1/4 c. diced carrot
3 c. chicken stock
4 c. pumpkin butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c diced celery
2 c. heavy cream
nutmeg to taste
Recipe
Saute vegetables in olive oil until lightly colored.
Add chicken stock and simmer 5-10 minutes.
Slowly add cream and seasoning to taste.
