    List of Ingredients




    1 15 oz. can peaches (diced)
    2 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Coat 3 8x4 loaf pans with cooking spray.
    Beat butter until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add vanilla and sour cream.
    In seperate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture.
    Stir in peaches. Pour into pans.
    Top with a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Freezes well
