    CANDY: Bourbon Balls

    List of Ingredients




    1 (6oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 Tbls white Karo corn syrup
    1/2 cup bourbon
    2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, finely crushed
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup pecans, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
    Remove from heat; add syrup and bourbon.
    Combine crushed wafers, powdered sugar and nuts.
    Add chocolate mixture & mix well.
    Cool and let stand sbout 30 miutes for crumbs to absorb moisture.
    Form into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
