    COOKIES: Strausborg Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup fruit jelly


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
    2. Gradually add flour.
    3. Let stand for 30 minutes.
    4. Press through star shape of cookie press in small circles on a greased cookie sheet.
    5. Make indentation in center of circle and fill with small amount of jelly.
    6. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
    7. Makes 6 dozen
