    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbls. cornstarch
    • 1 16 oz can dry pitted cherries, drained reserving 1/2 cup of the syrup
    • 1/4 cup brandy


    Instructions


    1. Mix syrup and cornstarch in a medium pan.
    2. Stir and cook until bubbly.
    3. Add the cherries and heat through.
    4. Heat the brandy in a small sauce pan until it almost simmers.
    5. Carefully pour into a large ladle and ignite using a long match.
    6. Pour over the cherry mixture.
    7. Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream.
    8. Serves 6-8
