    APPETIZERS: Microwave Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup shredded parmesan
    3/4 cup mayonaise
    1 can artichoke bottoms or hearts; drained & chopped

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook 1 minute on high.
    Stir and microwave another 1 1/2 minutes
    Serve with veggies or bread cubes
