    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg - beaten
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups of flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Cream together the sugar & sour cream.
    Add beaten eggs, vanilla and salt to this.
    Sift the flour togther with the baking soda and add to the creamed ingredients.
    Bake for 10 minutes & sprinkle with cinnamon.
