    70 Ritz Crackers
    1 (14oz) Pkg. Andes Crème de Menthe Chips
    1 cup white chocolate chips
    1-2 crushed candy canes

    Recipe



    Line cold cookie sheets with waxed paper.
    Melt the Andes mints in one bowl & the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
    Dip crackers into the melted chocolate and then place onto a cold cookie sheet.
    Drizzle white chocolate over top and sprinkle with the crushed candy canes.
    Put into the refrigerator or freezer to set.
