Eclair Dessert
List of Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 container cool whip (8 oz), thawed
- Crust:
- 1 box graham wafers (16oz)
- Topping:
- 3 tbsps butter
- 2 squares (oz) chocolate
- 2 tbsps white corn syrup
- 3 tbsps milk
- 1½-2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Instructions
- Mix vanilla pudding and milk until thickened. Add whipped topping.
- Line a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. Pour half of the filling over crackers.
- Cover filling with another layer of crackers. Add remaining pudding mixture. Add another layer of crackers.
- Melt chocolate and butter. Add syrup and milk. Mix in powdered sugar. Pour topping over crackers.
- MUST BE MADE AHEAD! The secret is setting several hours in the refrigerator. Slightly freezing dessert makes serving easier.
