    Eclair Dessert


    List of Ingredients


    • Filling:
    • 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding (3 oz)
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 container cool whip (8 oz), thawed
    • Crust:
    • 1 box graham wafers (16oz)
    • Topping:
    • 3 tbsps butter
    • 2 squares (oz) chocolate
    • 2 tbsps white corn syrup
    • 3 tbsps milk
    • 1½-2 cups powdered sugar, sifted


    Instructions


    1. Mix vanilla pudding and milk until thickened. Add whipped topping.

    2. Line a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. Pour half of the filling over crackers.

    3. Cover filling with another layer of crackers. Add remaining pudding mixture. Add another layer of crackers.

    4. Melt chocolate and butter. Add syrup and milk. Mix in powdered sugar. Pour topping over crackers.

    5. MUST BE MADE AHEAD! The secret is setting several hours in the refrigerator. Slightly freezing dessert makes serving easier.
