    This is Joe's Favorite. He wants it every year for Christmas.

    List of Ingredients




    10-oz. package large marshmallows
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    6 cups crisp rice cereal (rice krispies)
    1 can chocolate frosting

    Recipe



    Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil. Grease lightly. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt marshmallows, margarine, and peanut butter. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
    Press mixture evenly into greased and foil-lined pan. Spread frosting over cereal mixture almost to the edges. Starting with the long side, roll up jelly-roll fashion, peeling foil away from cereal mixture. Wrap roll in foil or plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator, seam side down, about an hour or until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve.
    Makes 30 slices.
