    California Grain and Sprout Sandwich

    List of Ingredients




    2 slices Health Nut Bread, or other whole grain, coarse bread
    2 tablespoons cream cheese
    2 tablespoons avocado dip (or 2 slices fresh avocado)
    1/4 cup spicy sprouts (if you can’t find those, any sprouts will do)
    2 slices red sweet onion
    2 leaves iceberg lettuce
    4 slices cucumber
    2 slices tomato

    Recipe



    Spread 1-tablespoon cream cheese to one side of each piece of bread, top with 1 tablespoon avocado dip, or sliced avocado. Add the sprouts, onion, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Put the other piece of bread on top and enjoy.
