    DOUBLE CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER BROWNIES

    Source of Recipe

    VicMc

    List of Ingredients

    2 sq unsweetened chocolate
    2 sq semi-sweet chocolate
    2 eggs
    1/2 C butter
    1 C sugar
    2/3 C all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    14/ tsp salt
    1/2 C pecans, chopped
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 Tbsp Grand Marnier
    ICING
    2 sq semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp light cream
    1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 C fine sugar

    Recipe

Melt chocolates in double boiler, add sugar, eggs & butter. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Bake in a greased 8x8 pan @ 350 for 25 minutes. Immediately after baking brush with Grand Marnier. Cool for 1 hour before frosting.
    ICING:
Melt chocolate & butter together; stir in Grand Marnier & cream. Add sugar and blend well.
NOTE: This is supposed to set for 24 hours before serving, but I personally think that is twisted.
