    RED SAUCE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

    List of Ingredients

    3-4 chicken breasts (pre-cooked and shredded)
    Shredded cheese (Colby or cheddar)
    12 pkg. of corn tortillas
    Vegetable oil
    10 oz can Rosa Rita Mild Enchilada Sauce
    10 oz can Franco Chicken Gravy

    Recipe

    Combine enchilada sauce and chicken gravy into pot and simmer on low. Heat oil on medium and dip tortillas in to soften. In 9x13 dish, pour come sauce on bottom so enchiladas don’t stick. Take one softened tortilla and put chicken and cheese inside. Roll and put at one end of dish. Continue until pan is full. Pour sauce over top of enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake on 350* for 20 min.
