    Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes, Chill time: at least 1 hour

    List of Ingredients




    1 (13-oz.) jar Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves
    1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
    1 large wedge Brie, at room temperature
    Grated lemon peel (optional)

    Recipe



    Simmer preserves and Cabernet over low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool for at least 1 hour. Sauce may be made up to a week ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
    Spread room temperature cherry sauce over Brie; garnish with grated lemon peel, if you like. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.

    Makes 12 servings.
